Bugün yazıcımı aldım.iki resim bastı ve hemen bluetooth'a bağlandı.yazıcı aniden kapandı ve bundan sonra yazıcı artık bluetooth'un altına girmedi.her şeyi denedik.ne yanlış olabilir? yazdırmaya çalıştığımda "aksesuar seç" alanı boş.yazıcıyı bulamıyor.iki iPhone telefonuyla denedi ve her şeyi yeniden başlattı.bana yardım et lütfen.

KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeTo know how to setup the Sprocket, kindly refer to this document.
If you are having issues while connecting or printing, perform the steps mentioned here.
Check for any software updates on the iOS device.
Go to Settings > General > Update the software
