HP Smart'ta gösterilen Eski Yazıcı

HP Smart, artık sahip olmadığım eski yazıcımı (Photosmart C4700) gösteriyor. Yazıcı Ekle'ye tıkladığımda bulunamadı, bu yüzden "Yeni bir yazıcı kur" seçeneğini tıklamam gerekiyor. Yeni yazıcım (HP Envy 5000) bulundu ve HP Smart'ta ve mürekkep düzeylerini vb. gösteriyor. Ancak HP Smart'ı kapatıp yeniden açtığımda yalnızca eski yazıcı görünüyor.
Yeni yazıcı ağıma bağlı ve sorunsuz yazdırıyor.
Bu sadece Sky Q'yu kurduğumdan beri oldu. Photosmart'ın açık olduğu ağdan daha yeni bir ağda ve Envy 500'ümü yeni ağa bağladım.

Riddle_Decipher I am an HP EmployeeI believe reinstalling HP Smart should resolve the problem.
Type HP Smart into the search bar, right-click it and select Uninstall.
Click Uninstall and allow a minute or two, the app will no longer appear.
Open the Microsoft Store app and search for HP, then reinstall HP Smart.
Now, open HP Smart and follow the steps to add the existing printer only.
