Yazıcım çalışmayı durdurdu, ancak yazdırıyordu. Şarj cihazına takılıp prize takıldığında şarj oluyormuş gibi görünür ve genellikle yeşil bir ışık gösterir.   • Hi @rosie_macWelcome to the HP Support Community.  Try power resetting the Printer and check if it helps

    Turn on the printer.
    Locate the reset button near the charging port.Figure : Locating the reset button
    Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.The printer resets and turns off.
    Turn on the printer.

    Also, try a factory reset
    To factory reset the printer you need to hold the power button down for 7 seconds until LED flashes and then press the power button once to power off the device and then turn it back on.
     
    If the issue persists, I’m afraid this is a hardware issue with the sprocket. Please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:
    1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
    2) Select your product type below.
    3) Enter the serial of your device.
    4) Select the country from the drop-down.
    5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
    6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
