İyi çalışan bir go sprocket yazıcım var ama şimdi her görüntüyü dikey siyah çizgilerle (4 siyah çizgi) yazdırıyor. Kağıdı değiştirmeyi denedim (bu resmi HP kağıdı) ve ürün yazılımı güncel. Baska öneri?

    If you have already performed the steps from the document Improving Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
     
    Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
