HP Sprocket'i, satın aldıktan ve iphone 7 için uygulamayı indirdikten sonra talimatlarda belirtildiği şekilde kurdum. Hata mesajı yok, yanıp sönen ışık yok, yazıcıdan herhangi bir yanıt yok. Yazıcı tamamen şarj oldu, kağıt doğru şekilde takıldı. Sıfırladıktan sonra tekrar denedim. Tavsiye lütfen

When did this issue start?
Did you do any hardware or software changes?
Meanwhile:
Update the HP Sprocket app on your mobile device.
Or Uninstall and reinstall the app from the app store again.
