Mürekkep Kartuşları sprocket stüdyosuna düzgün şekilde takılmıyor

Az önce bir sprocket Studio satın aldım ve 3 mürekkep kartuşu takmayı denedim ve her yazdırmaya çalıştığımda mürekkep kartuşunu değiştirmek için bir hata mesajı alıyorum. Kartuşu çıkardığımda film zarar görüyor ve bu yüzden kullanılamaz durumda. Lütfen yardım edin, çünkü mükemmel kalitede 3 kartuşu boşa harcadım ve tek bir fotoğraf basılmadı.
