Daha eski bir Sprocket 5A:3E'ye sahibim, görünüşe göre onu bir süredir kullanmadığım için uygulama artık modeli tanımıyor. Uygulamayı 2 kez sildim ve tekrar iphone'uma aldım. İlk başta Bluetooth ile bağlandı ve fotoğraflarıma erişip erişemeyeceğini sordu, şimdi bunu bile yapmıyor.
Hala fotoğraf kağıdım var, bu yüzden sorun eski ürünse HP'den pek memnun değilim. Hala yeni durumda ve tam şarjlı.

I took the Sprocket to my daughters house, she is a computer geek. It immediately worked. I have no idea why. I messed with it all day, deleted the app, deleted the Bluetooth, restarted my phone! She turned on the app and the option for the older model was there to select, and it connected and printed. Mystery!!!
