HP Sprocket Bağlanmıyor

Sprocket'im yazdırmıyordu. Bu yüzden yazıcıyı kaldırdım ve Bluetooth'umdan kaldırdım. Uygulamayı da sildim. Sonra uygulamayı yeniden indirdim ve yazıcımı yeniden bağlamayı denedim ama telefonum onu bulamıyor. Her şeyi denedim, telefonumu sıfırladım, zincir dişlisini sıfırladım, adını siz koyun! Lütfen başka ne yapabileceğimi bana bildirin, çok rahatsızım!

    If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers – Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
     
    Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
