HP Sprocket 200 açılmıyor!

Merhaba, Noel için bir Sprocket 200 getirdim, sadece iki kez kullandım ve şimdi açamıyorum. Kırmızı ışık veren şarj cihazına taktım, yaklaşık 2-3 saat takılı kaldı ve şimdi taktığımda kırmızı ışık yanıyor ancak birkaç dakika sonra tekrar sönüyor. Cihazı açamıyorum, bu yüzden iPhone'umdaki bluetooth'uma da bağlanmayacak. Hiçbir şey yapmıyor gibi görünen sıfırlama düğmesine basmayı denedim ama çevrimiçi okudum, yine de sıfırlamak için cihazın açılması gerekiyor ve açamıyorum. Herhangi bir fikri olan var mı?

To factory reset the Sprocket 200, you need to hold the power button until LED flashes rapidly then release button and press once more to power off. Then press again to power back on.
Using a paper clip on this printer model only clears the cache.
Refer to Step 4 in this document.
If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
