HP Sprocket 200 şarj olmuyor veya açılmıyor

Merhaba!
Sprocket 200'üm son 3 saattir şarj oluyor ve şarj durumu değişmedi. Tüm zaman boyunca kırmızı oldu ve yazıcının kendisi açılmıyor. Yazıcıyı bir yıl önce satın aldım ve sadece iki kez kullandım, yaklaşık 15 fotoğraf bastım. Etrafta okuyordum ve yazıcının bir donanım sorunu var gibi görünüyor. Ne yazık ki, üreticinin garantisi zaten sona erdi, bunu düzeltmenin bir yolu var mı, yoksa bozuk bir yazıcıyla mı kaldım?

@shanel0207, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I understand the Sprocket is not powering ON, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document. If the issue persists, I’m afraid this is a hardware issue. If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
