Merhaba! Dişli çarkını iPhone 7'ime yüklemeyi denedim ve uygulamayı indirmek zorunda kalana ve takılıp kalana kadar iyi çalıştı. Bu yüzden uygulamayı sildim, baştan başlamak için bu cihazı unut'a tıkladım. Ve şimdi, telefonumu ve zincir dişlisini kaç kez yeniden başlattığımın önemi yok, cihaz mavi diş menüsünün altında eşleştirme seçeneği olarak görünmüyor.
Cihaz çalışıyor, çünkü onu ipad'imle senkronize edebildim. Neden benim hücremde çalışmıyor? sprocket APP'yi cep telefonuma indirebildim. Ayarlamak için uygulamadaki yönergeleri izledim ve "aksesuar seç" yazan ekrana geldiğinde... boş.

I understand that you are unable to connect the sprocket.
No worries, I’ll be glad to help you, that said, I’ll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
Did you try to do an update?
The HP sprocket app or printer firmware might be outdated, or the printer might be connected to another Apple iOS device.
On your mobile device, go to the HP sprocket app (in English) in the App Store and check for an update.
On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app and make sure the printer firmware is up-to-date.
Turn off the Bluetooth feature on any nearby Apple iOS devices, and then try to reconnect your Apple iOS device.
