I had the same issue until I uninstalled and reinstalled the sprocket app. Now it works.
I had this exact same problem today. I ended up deleting the Sprocket app from my iPhone and redownloading it. When I opened the app, it asked me to set up the printer and by following the prompts, I fixed this issue. Good luck!
