Film rulosu fotoğrafları görünmüyor

Hp Sprocket'i yeni satın aldım ve kurmaya başladım. Denemek ve yazdırmak için bir fotoğraf indirdim, ancak "Kamera Rulosu" veya başka bir albüm altında görünmüyor. Bu arada, sonuncusundan hemen önce film ruloma kaydettiğim her fotoğraf ortaya çıkıyor.

 

Lütfen bu sorunu çözmek için ne yapabileceğimi bana bildirir misiniz? Görüntüleri çekerken basabilmeyi umuyordum... ve bu son derece verimsiz oluyor.

    I understand you are in need of support,
    I’ll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
     
    Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
    When was the last time it worked without these issues? 
     
    In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned below:
     
    Un-install the HP sprocket app and re-install it. Once done try to check if the camera roll is seen. 🙂
