Bugün postadan yedek dişli 200 aldım. Gidip şarj etti. Açmaya çalışmak için daha sonra geri geldi ve açılmıyor. Sıfırlamayı denedim ve hiçbir şey olmadı. Çalışacak gerçek bir yazıcı almak için başka bir yere gitmeden önce lütfen biri bana yardım etsin.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Welcome to HP support community.
Reset the printer
Make sure the printer is on.
Remove the paper cover.
Locate the Reset button.
With a paperclip or pin, press and hold the Reset button until the Charging Indicator light turns off.
The printer resets and turns off.
Replace the paper cover, and then turn on the printer.
