Merhaba, akıllı sayfa ve kağıdı yükledim ve üç fotoğraf bastırdım. Ertesi gün yazdırmaya çalıştım ve akıllı sayfa olmadığı için yazdıramadığını söyledi. Hala ihtiyacım olduğunu anlamadan çöpe attım. Fotoğraf basılmadı ve baskı kuyruğunda değil.ben ne yaparım? 7 sayfayı boşa harcamak istemiyorum!!

    I understand that you have an HP printer and it printed 3 photos on smart sheets and now does not print. Now the printer says that it could not print as there is no smart sheet installed. Not to worry, I’ll do my best to assist you with this case. 
     
    To assist you better, I would like to know the following information:

    What are these smart sheets? Did they come with the printer?

    Is it an HP Sprocket printer? If yes then the blue Smartsheet calibrates the printer to each specific pack of HP ZINK paper.  Additionally, it helps to remove any dust or debris from the paper path that may impact print quality.
