Android cihazlar bağlanmayacak

Dişli çarkımı hem telefonum hem de altlığımla eşleştirdim ancak hiçbir cihaz bağlanmıyor. Zincir dişlisini sıfırlamayı, uygulamayı kaldırıp yeniden yüklemeyi, her iki cihazda da unutmayı ve onarmayı denedim. Hepsi boşuna. Bağlanmadan işletim sistemini güncelleyemiyorum, bundan sonra ne yapacağım hakkında hiçbir fikrim yok. Herhangi bir yardım takdir edildi.

  • Thanks for the reply. Since you’ve tried all the possible steps and the issue is not resolved, I suggest you to contact HP tech support and they would further help you. Issue will be taken care of, cheers

  • Thanks for the suggestions, I’ve tried every itteration but it will still not connect. I suspect the Sprocket’s opperating system needs updating but I can’t seem to do this without it connecting.
