Personal Data Rights Notice

Your personal data may be collected and/or processed by the HP entity registered in your country of residence (as identified in the HP Entity Table below) for purposes of managing your relationship with HP and to better serve you by personalizing your experience and interaction with us. For this purpose, your personal data may be transferred to other affiliates within the HP Group, which may be located outside of your country of residence, and in particular to the United States, where HP is headquartered. These data transfers are done in compliance with HP's Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), HP’s Privacy Shield Certification, and all other applicable regulatory requirements to ensure your data is adequately protected. HP’s BCRs have been approved by relevant Data Protection Authorities and provide a uniform personal data protection regime aligned with the highest standards to our customers and employees worldwide. As required by local data protection regulations you may file a complaint or exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition or deletion through any of the following options:

• Via post by directly contacting the local HP entity as listed in the chart below
• Online by accessing the Privacy feedback link below.
• Via telephone by dialing the number for your country and when prompted dial the Call Number provided. An operator will assist you to fill the data subject rights request form. All subsequent communications will be conducted by e-mail.

These can also be used for initiating inquiries and/or submitting complaints related to personal data processing or exercising specific rights provided by HP's BCRs.
