HPSprocketファームウェアのアップグレード

HPスプロケット。

次のようなコンタンストエラー：

-ファームウェアのダウンロード中にエラーが発生しました。インターネット（WiFiと電話データの両方）に接続していることを確認して、もう一度試してください。

ファームウェアがアップグレードされない

-など

3秒試してみました-リセットピンホールを固定します。何も変わりません。

ファームウェアファイルを直接ダウンロードして、「Phone: //Sprocket/Update」フォルダなどにコピー＆ペーストして提供するのは本当に難しいですか？

最終的に*****プリンタをアップグレードできるようになるまで3時間かかりました。

@franzrogar and @legdk I posted a response in another thread here. Try all or some of those steps. Worked for me. Hopefully it will work for you.

I get the same error messagewhen I try to update the firmware. I try to update because of the popup saying that there’s a new update. How to I update, when the download fails every time?
