HPSprocketファームウェアのアップグレード

I18n Error: Missing interpolation value "x" for "投稿者 |@plgn|{{ x }} |plgn@| on |@plgn|{{ x }} |plgn@|"

複数のAndroidデバイスでスプロケットを使用しようとしましたが、スプロケットアプリケーションがBT経由でプリンターに接続できません。指示を複数回実行しましたが、同じエラーが発生し続けます。ファームウェアをダウンロードしてコンピューター経由でフラッシュする方法はありますか？
