スプロケットは印刷されません

私のスプロケットは写真を印刷しません。オンになり、ホイールが内側に動いているように聞こえますが、何も出てこないので、空になっているので、もっと紙を入れる必要があると表示されます（そうではありません）。

I choose a photo, hit “print to sprocket “ but the photo then does a quick “shrink” and the comes back to normal size. This only happens with some photos. Others print just fine. The printer light is green, everything looks fine. It just seems like the printer rejects certain photos. Are there some photos that just have too much color? Help please!
