スプロケットがBluetooth経由でiPhoneに接続されない

2018年の初めに購入したHPSpocketを持っています。iphoneXSMaxにアップグレードしました。アプリを再インストールしましたが、スプロケットは完全に充電されていますが、セットアップしようとしてもスマートフォンに表示されません。

最初は表示されましたが、オンラインの指示に従い、デバイスを忘れるように依頼しました。現在、スプロケットには何も表示されていません。

助けていただければ幸いです。
