スプロケットがiPhoneに接続しない

一週間ほど前にスプロケットを買ったばかり。残念ながら入手してからiPhoneと全く接続できていません。完全に充電されていること、フィルムが正しくロードされていること、携帯電話のBluetoothがオンになっていることを確認し、スマートフォンとスプロケットの両方を何度も再起動しようとしましたが、接続されていないか、設定アプリで接続可能なデバイスとして表示されませんでした。スプロケットを動作させるにはどうすればいいですか。取り戻すべきか？
