昨日スプロケットを買って印刷を始めて本当にワクワクしましたが、私の写真はすべて青みがかったです。私は再起動し、スマートシートをもう一度入力し、ファームウェアを更新し、HPサポートで提案されたすべての可能性を試みました。しかし、問題は解決していません！私はとてもがっかりしています、それは写真用紙の悪いバッチのためですか？この問題を解決するにはどうすればいいですか

I to have this annoying blue tint which I didn’t have in the beginning so I’m very disappointed with my new device…..:-(
Have tried all the trouble-shooting suggestions but to no avail

I have the same problem – all prints are blue. Have gone through all the steps(reset,firmware etc) which you advised in other topics, but still nothing – it all prints blue.
Please assist.

Hi my pictures on my new hp sprocket select are printing out with a blue tint and I’ve tried recalibration and doing all the steps the hp virtual agent told me too and the firmware is also updated. What do I do now?

I also have the same issue. I have updated firmware, re calibrated multiple times and reset with no luck – still getting blue tinged photos
