Sprocket Plusは、ボタンを押さないとオンのままになりません

新しいスプロケットプラスを完全に充電し、10枚の用紙を1ロット使用しました。補充しましたが、オンボタンを押したままにした場合にのみ、スプロケットプラスがオンのまま印刷されます。私はリセットしましたが、まだ同じです。助けてください。ありがとう

Reset the printer-
Remove the paper cover, insert a straight pin into the access point next to the input tray, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds. The Sprocket resets and turns off.
