最近、iPhone pro maxにアップグレードしたばかりで、スプロケットが接続されなくなりました。Bluetooth設定で忘れたり、電話とプリンターの両方をリセットしたりする手順を実行しましたが、すべて概説されていますが、ペアリングされません。スプロケットが表示されていますが、ペアリングしようとすると、何かがおかしくなったと表示されます。ファームウェアを更新するためにどのデバイスにも接続できません。プリンタを使用できるようにするには、どうすればこの問題を解決できますか？コンピューターに接続して手動でファームウェアを更新できますか、それとも新しいiOSデバイスと比較できなくなったためにプリンターを使用できないことを受け入れますか？
