最近、中古のスプロケット200を手に入れました。ただし、充電されません。プラグを差し込むと、充電ライトは常に赤色になり、前面のLEDライトは点灯しません。私はそれをオンにしようとしましたが、そうではありません。リセットしてみましたが、うまくいきません。
私はそれを修理できるかどうか調べようとしていますが、どうすればいいのかわかりません。ストレスがたまるので助けていただけますか？バーチャルエージェントは修理オプションがないのでひどいですし、実際の人に話してみるといいでしょう

Reset the printer
Remove the paper cover.
Locate the Reset button.
With a paperclip or pin, press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets.
