今日の朝、アマゾンからスプラケットを購入し、完全に充電しましたが、写真を印刷するとストライクラインが表示され、写真の印刷品質が非常に悪くなります。これを取り除くのを手伝ってもらえますか、それともアマゾンにスプロケットを戻す必要がありますか？
