みなさん、こんにちは。私のSprocketプリンターは正常に動作します。私の問題は、アプリにあります。Facebookで印刷する写真を探しに行くと、自分のアルバムしか表示できず、タグ付けされているすべての写真が表示されるわけではありません。何らかの方法ですべてを表示することはできますか？どうもありがとう

HP Sprocket app will only detect the saved photos on your social media account. Tagged photos are not saved, I believe that’s why they are not available in the HP Sprocket app. You may either save the tagged photos to your albums on Facebook or download the photos directly to phone and then use HP Sprocket app to print those photos.
