メーカー保証の残り7か月です。HPSprocketフォトプリンターを英国のHPに返品して交換する方法を教えてください。
同じ問題を解決するためにフォーラムで他のユーザーに概説されている手順に従っているにもかかわらず、プリントの品質は現在受け入れられず、製品は目的に合わない。おれは一人じゃないようだ。
