今夜スポケットを差し込んだ時は、赤と緑のライトが点滅するだけだ。このフォーラムですべての提案を検索して試しました。何もうまくいきませんでした。ピンでリセットし、電源ボタンを押したまま、コンピューターに接続してみた、紙詰まりをチェックした、アプリを削除して再ダウンロードした、アップデートを確認した。何もうまくいきません。私はこのプリンタをそれほど長く使っていなくて、めったに使用しないので助けてください。
The solution “contact hp” doesn’t work, it just brings you back to checking the online community and online chat with an autobot. This is ridiculous, there are so many people with this issue HP and you are not helping!!!

KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeThat’s unfortunate. Since you have tried all the troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
