こんにちは、HPSprocketを入手しました。印刷を押すと、アプリを介して接続するのに問題があります。Bluetooth経由で接続されていると表示されます。しかし、印刷を押すと、接続されていないと表示されます。
スプロケットをリセットし、電話を再起動して、デバイスを忘れてみましたが、それでも印刷されず、切断されたと表示されます。助けてください！

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting connectivity issue with your HP Sprocket. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
Reset the printer again.
Locate the reset button near the charging port.

Gently insert a straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Press and hold the power button until the Status Indicator light is solid and white.
The printer is now ready to print.
