スプロケットを手に入れるとすぐに接続され、今まで完璧に機能していました。アプリを接続しようとすると、「セットアップの問題」が表示されます。デバイス、スプロケット、アプリのどれに問題があるのかわかりません。スプロケットとスマートフォンをリセットして別のデバイスに接続しようとしましたが、機能しません。誰かがこれを修正する方法を知っていますか？
Hi,If you are using an iOS device, then can you please try the following steps: 1.Update to latest app release.2.If you still have issues with connecting to your printer, then please uninstall and reinstall the HP sprocket app. Hope this helps.
