今日はプリンターを手に入れました。2枚の写真を印刷してすぐにBluetoothに接続しました。プリンタの電源が突然オフになり、その後、プリンタがBluetoothの下に表示されなくなりました。全部試した。何が間違っている可能性がありますか？印刷しようとすると、[アクセサリを選択]フィールドが空白になります。プリンタが見つかりません。電話につながらないし、全部試したお願い助けて。

KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeTo know how to setup the Sprocket, kindly refer to this document.
If you are having issues while connecting or printing, perform the steps mentioned here.
Check for any software updates on the iOS device.
Go to Settings > General > Update the software
