先週の日曜日にスプロケットを問題なく使用しました。今日更新されたアプリと今日、私の電話は私のスプロケットを認識し、スプロケットアプリは私のスプロケットへの印刷の許可を求めるダイアログをポップアップしますが、スプロケットアプリには、見つからないプリンターを探しているというダイアログが表示されます。
I had the same issue until I unistalled and reinstalled the sprocket app. Now it works.
Yes I am having the same issue. Have tried all the ‘trouble shooting’ options and it’s still ‘looking’ for the printer even tho it’s connected in blue tooth.
I used the app yesterday, today I am experiencing the same. Any help would be great! I’ve reset the printer, my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even tried to connect it to another device with no luck!
