注：私はiPhone SEを使用しており、iOS11を使用しています。9月頃にこの電話をiOS11に更新しました。私は8月に最後にスプロケットを問題なく使用しました。
そのため、HP Sprocketを使用してこの写真を印刷しようとしましたが、何らかの理由で、この写真を印刷しようとするたびに、「フォト用紙がありません」というアラートが表示され、リロードする必要があります。問題は、すでに約6〜7枚のシートがロードされていることです。数ヶ月前、パックの最初の3枚程度を使用しましたが、印刷には何の問題もありませんでしたが、現在は印刷されません。考えられる理由でインターネットを見て回ったところ、このフォトペーパーのパックに最初に使用した後、青いスマートシートを捨てたことに気づきました。それが紙があることを認識しない理由ですか？もしそうなら、スプロケットに残っている6枚または7枚のシートはどうなりますか？彼らは無駄ですか？または、これに対する解決策はありますか。スプロケットに亜鉛紙の残りのパックを使用させるにはどうすればよいですか？

If the paper has been in the printer for some time it may curl due to humidity. I would suggest the following: remove the paper from the printer and lay it on a flat surface. If the paper does not lie flat take note of which way the paper is curled and gently roll the paper in the opposite direction until it will lay flat. Load the paper back in the printer and try again.
