HPSmartに表示されている古いプリンター

自分が正しいボードにいるかどうかわからない。
HPスマートは、私がもう持っていない古いプリンター（Photosmart C4700）を表示します。[プリンタの追加] をクリックしても見つからないため、[新しいプリンタの設定] をクリックする必要があります。新しいプリンター（HP Envy 5000）が見つかり、HP Smartにあり、インク残量などが表示されますが、HP Smartを閉じて再度開くと、古いプリンターのみが表示されます。
新しいプリンタがネットワークに接続され、正常に印刷されます。
これは、SkyQをインストールしてからのみ発生しました。これは、Photosmartが接続されていたネットワークよりも新しいネットワーク上にあり、Envy500を新しいネットワークに接続しました。

Riddle_Decipher I am an HP EmployeeI believe reinstalling HP Smart should resolve the problem.
Type HP Smart into the search bar, right-click it and select Uninstall.
Click Uninstall and allow a minute or two, the app will no longer appear.
Open the Microsoft Store app and search for HP, then reinstall HP Smart.
Now, open HP Smart and follow the steps to add the existing printer only.
