新しいスプロケットはBluetooth接続しません

新しく購入したスプロケットを開梱した後、完全に充電しました。アプリを開いてそこに接続しましたが、[使用可能なデバイス] セクションに表示されませんでした。気をつけて、これを買ったばかりで、今日届きました。スプロケットにまったく接続できていないので、セットアップメニューの3本の線を押せません。私は一日中フォーラムを精査していて、推奨されているものをすべて試しましたが、何も機能していません。ファームウェアを更新する方法はありません。スプロケットを携帯電話にまだ接続できていないため、アプリに3本の線が表示されません。また、他にも多くの人がこの問題を抱えていることに気付きました。助けてください。
