だから私の電話はBluetooth経由で問題なく接続します。私は問題なく前にプリンターを使用しました。しかし、今ではSprocketアプリ自体がプリンターを検出できないように見えますか？これは、電話が接続されていることを考えると意味がありません。また、過去にアプリを使用して印刷したことがあります...
アイディアは？私はすでに基本的なトラブルシューティングを試しました。電話を再起動した、ピンボタンでカメラを再起動したなど。アプリがそれを検出しないので、ファームウェアの更新を確認できません。
Hi, If you are using an iOS device ,then can you please try the following steps:1.Update to latest app release.2.If you still have issues with connecting to your printer, then please uninstall and reinstall the HP sprocket app. Hope this helps. I had the same issue until I unistalled and reinstalled the sprocket app. Now it works.
My phone is showing up the printer but it won’t connect to it. It says there is an error. I’ve tried all the steps I’ve seen to try and fix it but it’s still not working!
I have the same issue after the software update…..
