HPSprocketを購入したばかりです。iPhone7i0s11.2.1を使用する-印刷されない

購入後、指示に従ってHP Sprocketをセットアップし、iPhone 7用のアプリをダウンロードしました。Bluetoothのペアリングが成功した状態で写真が表示されましたが、印刷されません。エラーメッセージなし、点滅ライトなし、プリンタからの応答なし。プリンタは完全に充電され、用紙は正しく取り付けられています。リセット後にもう一度試しました。アドバイスしてください

    When did this issue start?
    Did you do any hardware or software changes?

    Meanwhile:

    Update the HP Sprocket app on your mobile device.
    Or Uninstall and reinstall the app from the app store again.
    You also download the latest HP Sprocket app from this webpage.
