インクカートリッジがスプロケットに滑り込まない

新しいインクカートリッジを入れようとしていますが、何かにぶつかり続け、YouTubeのビデオのようにスライドしません。それはインチだけ入ります。魔女か何か出て行かないといけない物はありますか？
