古いSprocket5A：3Eを使用していますが、しばらく使用していないため、アプリがモデルを認識しなくなったようです。アプリを2回削除して、iPhoneで再度取得しました。最初はBluetooth経由で接続し、私の写真にアクセスできるかどうか尋ねましたが、今ではそれもできません。

私はまだ写真用紙を持っているので、古い製品が問題である場合、これについてHPにあまり満足していません。それはまだ新しい状態のようで、完全に充電されています。

I took the Sprocket to my daughters house, she is a computer geek. It immediately worked. I have no idea why. I messed with it all day, deleted the app, deleted the Bluetooth, restarted my phone! She turned on the app and the option for the older model was there to select, and it connected and printed. Mystery!!!
