こんにちは！HPスプロケットフォトプリンターを持っていて、しばらく赤いライトが点灯していて、1時間充電して10枚の写真を印刷してから止まったので、死んでいると思ったので充電器に戻しましたが、赤いライトは点灯したままでした。赤いライトは充電器側ではなく、電源が入っていることを示す側にありますか？何か提案は？どうもありがとう
Hi my hp sprocket 200 has a steady red light. Is charged, i reset it and is still with the red light. Is that normal?

Is the red light blinking or steady on the sprocket?
The sprocket may need 90 minutes before it is completely charged and the light turns into green.

Reset the printer
On the printer, locate the pin-hole near the charging port, insert a straight pin into the hole to press the reset button until the printer turns off. Restart the printer.
