こんにちは、私のスプロケットはios 11.4アップルデバイスでは見つかりませんが、私のラップトップとios11.2ipadはBluetoothリストで見ることができます。デバイスをリセットしようとしましたが、アプリの更新を確認しました。また、私の電話は最新であり、これが問題です。ありがとう。

i have contacted support. in turkey there is no support for this device so American support center refused to help me since im Turkish so Such a bad globalisation and policy of help center my problem was about software not hardware and software can be reached anywhere has an internet. Have nice days since i am feeling scammed.
