スプロケットを設定するだけで、アプリから画像をクリックするたびに、カメラロールから画像を取得できなかったと表示されます。だから私は写真を印刷できません、なぜこれが起こっているのですか？

I reviewed your post and I understand that the sprocket app is not able to retrieve the pictures from your phone.

What operating system are you using? (Android/iOS)
Have you tried a different phone?
The_Fossette I am an HP EmployeeMeanwhile, I recommend you uninstall the sprocket app from your phone and reinstall it and check if it helps.
