HP Sprocket 200はオンになりません！

こんにちは、クリスマス用のスプロケット200を持ってきて、2回しか使わなかったので、今は電源を入れることができません。充電器に差し込んだところ、赤いライトが出ました。約2〜3時間接続されていましたが、差し込むと赤いライトが点灯しますが、数分後に再び消えます。デバイスをオンにできないので、iPhoneのBluetoothにも接続されません。リセットボタンを押してみましたが、何もしないように見えますが、オンラインで読んだことがあります。とにかくリセットするにはデバイスの電源を入れる必要があり、電源を入れることができません。誰かアイディアはある？

    Welcome to the HP Support Community. I’d be happy to assist you.
     
    To factory reset the Sprocket 200, you need to hold the power button until LED flashes rapidly then release button and press once more to power off. Then press again to power back on.
     
    Using a paper clip on this printer model only clears the cache.
    Refer to Step 4 in this document.
     
    If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:
    1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
    2) Select your product type below.
    3) Enter the serial of your device.
    4) Select the country from the drop-down.
    5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
    6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
