HP sprocket 200はオンにならず、充電中に赤いライトが点滅します

スプロケットを数回使用しましたが、数か月は使用していません。1時間以上充電したのに電源が入らない。充電中は赤色のライトが点滅しますが、電源ボタンを押し続けても変化しません。リセットを試みた。
