HPSprocket200は充電されません

I18n Error: Missing interpolation value "x" for "投稿者 |@plgn|{{ x }} |plgn@| on |@plgn|{{ x }} |plgn@|"

こんにちは、HP Sprocket 200を持っていますが、充電できないようです。付属の充電ケーブルを使用していますが、別のケーブルも試しました。複数の壁掛けソケットを試し、コンピューターのUSBポートからも充電しました。すべての場合で、同じ動作が見られます。赤い充電ライトが約10分間点灯してから、消灯します。ユニットを接続したまま10時間、変更せずに放置しました。プラグを抜くと、ユニットの電源は入りません。

 

ペーパークリップでペーパーカバーの下にある小さなボタンを押して、ユニットをリセットしようとしました。これは何の効果もないようですが、ユニットはまだオンになりません。

 

アプリ内でファームウェアのアップデートを探しましたが、何も表示されません。
