HPSprocket200プリンターの電源が入らない。完全に死んだ。

HP スプロケット 200 プリンター。完全に死んだ。購入時に3回だけ使用しました。約1年半は使われません。充電されません。赤色のライトが点滅。電源オンボタンは何も生成されません。アプリをアンインストールして再インストールしましたが、アプリがスプロケットを認識しません。検索した状態で、近くには何もないと述べています。ピンを使ってスプロケットの側面にある小さな円とスプロケットの内側の小さな円を押してみたが無駄だった。スプロケットユニット自体は完全に死んでいるようです。どんな援助もお願いします。

Please try these steps - Blinking Red Charging Indicator Light
If the issue still persists, I’d suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
