HP Sprocket 2-in-1プリンターを入手したばかりで、とても興奮していましたが、写真は青い色合いで印刷されています。
コンテキストについては、元のZink用紙があり、ファームウェアが更新され、トレイがきれいで、画像の品質が良好で、写真を編集してそれが役立つかどうかを確認しました（役に立たなかった）。プリンターもリセットしました。
これに対する解決策はありますか？私はこれを使うことに本当に興奮していますが、私の写真に青い色合いを付けたくありません。
Error 523 origin is unreachable
Thanks Shadari. I’ve tried all those steps prior to posting and didn’t have any luck and had no luck with contacting support either. Hoping someone from HP will answer this thread and we can get some answers.
Hey! I’m not going to be able to offer much help because I have a similar issue with a pink/magenta tint. I was so excited to be able to print out images as well. Such a let down. Going to try contacting support to see if they can help.
