緑と赤で点滅し、充電されません

今年のクリスマスにスプロケットを手に入れました。充電してみましたが、充電しようとするとまったく充電されません。ライトが緑と赤に点滅します。リセットしてみましたが、作業には助けが必要です。

Mine is doing the same thing how did you fix yours reset doesn’t work either
